Post-hip replacement · Tolerance-based progression, not calendar-based

Standing Precautions

Posterior-approach hip precautions in effect (avoid hip flexion past 90°, avoid crossing midline / internal rotation) until surgical approach is confirmed. No loaded end-range spinal flexion or extension. Stop and reassess if any radicular symptoms (leg pain, numbness, tingling) appear — none present currently. Phase 3 (reintroducing catching) requires explicit medical clearance before starting.
